The absolute best experience with John who sold us a beautiful Suburban and Adam who helped navigate all the military paperwork. They were so patient with us while we dealt with all the insurance things from the accident we were in and I never once felt pressured or rushed. Would definitely recommend!

I found the vehicle I wanted at Holz Motors. Just over an hour from my home. I made the drive and met with Judy. She was amazing during the entire experience at Holz. I worked with Adam in finance on the "extras" for the vehicle. He is fantastic! They made sure my brand new car was pretty and ready to go on pick up day. Overall great customer service! I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first vehicle! I was nervous going into the process, but Darren Smith made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. He was kind, informative, and straightforward throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything without ever making me feel pressured or overloaded with information. Darren was also very efficient in finding what I was looking for and did a great job explaining all of the details. He broke down the costs and fees clearly, and the paperwork process was quick and efficient. I really appreciated not having to spend all day signing paperwork. Picking up my vehicle was effortless. This was the best experience purchasing a vehicle for our family ever! We bought a vehicle from out-of-state and needed to drive it home, and the entire team went above and beyond. Santiago was an absolute pleasure to work with friendly, knowledgeable, and he even picked us up from the airport. Before we signed the paperwork, Tony, the manager, kindly informed us that an engine code had just pulled up on the dash. They didn't feel comfortable letting us drive home without checking it out first. They quickly identified the problem and completely replaced the part rather than just trying to patch up the old one, prioritizing our time and safety for the long drive. They sent us to lunch in a convertible, and covered the meal for the inconvenience!! They even filled the truck and made sure the fluids were topped off! Since this was our first diesel truck, the maintenance gentleman working in the office on 9/1 was kind enough to take the time to thoroughly explain general diesel maintenance to us. When it came to financing, Adam made sure we made educated decisions and actually turned the mundane task of signing paperwork into a fun, memorable experience. Colin and Kyle also made sure we were taken care of through the whole process, ensuring nothing slipped between the cracks—even on their day off! If we need another vehicle in the future, we will absolutely contact Holz Motors first. Highly recommend them!
