We couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. Holz sure has changed my mind set towards a dealer. Our salesperson Larry really came through with what we realistically needed and didn’t push for the most expensive vehicle. Larry was always prompt and when we walked in the door he was right there greeting us along with having the vehicle ready for us to test drive. Our buying experience was also without any pressure. The warranty extension options were presented without pressure as well. Thank you Holz Motors for the wonderful experience.

Took my buisness to Dahl Motors in Sheboygan, and it was worth the extra drive!!! 10 out of 10 recommend, it was a night and day difference, both with transparency and the deal itself! Drove a truck off the lot same day and could not be happier! Go there for the best deal and great customer service!) Disappointing experience I’m extremely busy, so most of this deal was worked out over the phone before I ever arrived. I was also very upfront that my trade was a wholesale piece and told them myself I wouldn’t want to own it for more than $6,000–$7,000. They structured the deal at $9,500 for my trade, I secured financing, and I made the trip in expecting to finish the deal. When I arrived, the managers barely acknowledged me, looked at my trade, and suddenly the number dropped to under $3,000. They got very combative right away, being in the buisness i get it, and perhaps I was defensive which escalated thr situation. So I tried talking to the GM, which she seemed more interested in protecting her sales manager, which I can respect, however that led to a defensive conversation unfortunately on her part. I understand that an in-person appraisal can change things, and I honestly think some wires may have gotten crossed because so much of the deal was handled remotely. What bothered me was how the situation was handled once I got there. I even offered to bring additional cash to try to meet in the middle, but we couldn’t get anywhere. I had actually referred two other people to this dealership before this happened, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Hopefully management refunds my deposit.

One frustration after another with the service department. Bought my Equinox off the showroom floor in November 2024. November 2025 my GPS stopped working. I took it in, an update was done and was told it was fixed. It was not. Took it back and was told it must be an OnStar issue. It was not. Returned again and it was determined a part needed replacing - waited months for that to come in. Finally resolved, and then my engine light came on. I waited 6 months for a backordered part with no communication from the Assistant Service Manager. I finally contacted the dealership manager to assist in this. Due to my insistence, a part was finally located and installed. After decades of being on good terms with Holtz, I will part ways. Selling my car and moving to a more reliable brand and dealership.

When equinox still under warranty it has shudder about 30 mph under light acceleration only said they balanced tires now all OK got back still had shudder had nothing to do with tires and yesterday had my friend replace tpms sensor and asked who the heck balanced your tires and showed me pic attached photo back when I worked on cars we called this weight chasing I don't recommend them

Great service if you like having your car having more problems than when you took it in.

Horrible Service. Tried to charge me $1950 for a repair. I ended up bringing to another Chevy dealer who only charged me $800.00 Service associate, Mike super rude also. Never going back!
